Back-ordered Items:  Occasionally, the item that you wish to purchase may be unavailable for a short period of time, due to its popularity.  You may still purchase the merchandise; however, it will not ship out to you until the specified date that it becomes available.

Canceling an Order:  If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please email us at customer.service@ashleysharpe.com.  We will immediately cancel your order, provided it has not yet shipped.

Payment Methods:  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card, issued by a domestic U.S. bank, for online purchases.  The purchaser must have a billing and shipping address within the U.S.  Orders are accepted for delivery within the 48 continental states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  No other methods of payment are feasible at this time.

Privacy Policy: Ashley Sharpe does not share personal information with any third parties.

Product Care:  We recommend storing your scarves in the Signature Pouches that are provided with every purchase.  The pouches are designed to protect the delicate silks from snagging, and they will also help to keep your scarves clean.  The silk scarves should be dry-cleaned only and can be very lightly pressed with an iron to smooth any wrinkles.  Take care not to get your scarves wet as water droplets can leave marks on silk.

Return Policy:   Ashley Sharpe will accept merchandise for returns within 30 days of the original date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unworn, unused, has not been altered in any way, and is returned in its signature pouch with all tags attached.  Ashley Sharpe reserves sole discretion in determining whether the products are in their original condition when returned and reserves the right to refuse a refund request if your package does not comply with this request.

Any Ashley Sharpe item received as a gift will qualify for merchandise exchange.

To process your return, please send merchandise that meets the above requirements, and include your order number, billing name, and address.  For your protection, we recommend sending the package via insured, traceable mail (offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers).  Retain a tracking number to assure that the package is delivered successfully.  Note that Ashley Sharpe does not refund shipping and handling charges or accept any return deliveries where shipping has not been prepaid.

Sales Tax:  Ashley Sharpe follows state and federal laws regarding sales tax and is not required by law to collect sales tax on online purchases outside the State of New York, nor on online purchases for items under $110 within the State of New York.

Shipping:  All packages are sent UPS.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the destination city of the package, and will be automatically calculated based on your specific order.  Ashley Sharpe offers shipping to the 48 continental states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

You will be able to select one of the following methods of shipping upon check-out

UPS Ground -   Delivery in 3 to 6 business days. Standard delivery method. 
UPS 2nd Day - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day.  This service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Ashley Sharpe does not presently offer Saturday delivery.
           
If you chose to upgrade your shipping method to 2nd Day or Next Day, your order MUST be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday.  Any order received and cleared after this time will be processed the following business day (excluding holidays).

All orders will ship within 3 days of receipt, pending availability and credit card verification.  You will receive notification when your item has shipped and will be able to track the shipment via UPS to its final destination.

Telephone Orders: We do not presently accept any phone orders – all merchandise is available through the website.

Tracking Your Order:  You will be able to track your order through UPS once you receive notification from Ashley Sharpe that your merchandise has shipped.  Orders ship out within 3 days of receipt, pending availability and credit card authorization.
